Hello,
When you were playing chords in the right
hand, were you playing the chord in root position,
or were you playing the chord with the melody
note as the top note?

Thanks for your question. I was always playing the melody on top and then filling in with chord tones underneath. Does that help? Let me know if I can answer any more questions. Always available. 🙂
