Welcome to JazzPianoSchool.com, operated by Jazz Piano School Inc. (“Jazz Piano School,” “JPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, digital products, memberships, and services.
By accessing the Website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
All digital products (including downloadable PDFs, videos, courses, and other digital materials) are delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final once access or download has been granted.
If you experience technical issues accessing a product, contact support@jazzpianoschool.com, and we will assist you.
Excessive refund activity (e.g., multiple refunds across multiple products) may result in future purchases being designated as final sale to protect against abuse or piracy.
Recurring memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your plan) unless canceled.
You are responsible for managing and canceling your membership prior to renewal.
Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
We do not guarantee reminder emails prior to renewal. Please monitor your account accordingly.
If a promotional trial (e.g., $1 trial) is offered:
The trial converts automatically to a paid subscription at the stated rate at the end of the trial period.
Trials are available only to first-time members.
Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Some products or memberships may include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Only one refund per customer per product will be granted.
If the same product is repurchased after a refund has already been issued, Jazz Piano School reserves the right to deny subsequent refunds.
Abuse of the refund policy may result in an all-sales-final designation for that customer.
Lifetime or Elite memberships provide access only to the self-study digital content within the Jazz Piano School membership area.
They do not include:
live programs
live coaching
group classes
masterminds
accelerator programs
private lessons
live events or workshops
Live programs require dedicated time, instruction, and support from Jazz Piano School teachers and staff. As such, live programs are offered separately and require additional enrollment and payment, regardless of any lifetime or elite self-study membership.
Non-recurring memberships or fixed-term programs:
Are billed once
Do not auto-renew
Expire at the end of the stated term
Upon expiration, access to the program and any associated materials may be removed.
Memberships and content are for individual use only.
You agree not to:
share login credentials
redistribute or resell content
download or record content without authorization
use screen capture software to save videos
access content you have not purchased
post abusive, harassing, or inappropriate content in any community spaces
Jazz Piano School reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations without refund.
All materials on JazzPianoSchool.com are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Chargebacks are taken seriously.
Your IP address and transaction details are recorded.
If a charge was made in error, contact support@jazzpianoschool.com before initiating a chargeback.
Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account termination and loss of access.
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
While we strive for consistent access, we are not liable for interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Jazz Piano School reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Website or any services at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jazz Piano School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jazz Piano School, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
